Please ensure that you have secured all necessary data prior to the end of the billing month, as we will not be able to retrieve any data or content from terminated accounts.
Non-Transferability: Accounts and any associated content or data are strictly non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
Refund Eligibility: Our service consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly Pro fee. The setup fee covers the initial costs associated with configuring your account and is non-refundable. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month's Pro fee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a refund of the Pro fee by contacting our customer service team.
