Initiating Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time by notifying us through our designated cancellation form or by contacting our support team directly.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing month. After this period, your account will be terminated and access to the system and all associated features will be revoked. Please ensure that you have secured all necessary data prior to the end of the billing month, as we will not be able to retrieve any data or content from terminated accounts.
Non-Transferability: Accounts and any associated content or data are strictly non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Our service consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly Pro fee. The setup fee covers the initial costs associated with configuring your account and is non-refundable. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month's Pro fee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a refund of the Pro fee by contacting our customer service team.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: After the initial 30-day refund period, the monthly Pro fees become non-refundable. Continued use of the account confirms your acceptance of our service and negates eligibility for a refund of the Pro fee.
Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds of the Pro fee will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of the request being approved.
